THE CONSULTATION
Our goal at Island Bride Jamaica is to do everything in our power to ensure that our brides have the wedding of their dreams. We listen to the wishes of our clients during the essential consultation process and tailor our plans accordingly. WEDDING COORDINATION
At Island Bride Jamaica we have a passion for excellence and want your wedding day to be nothing short of perfect! We offer full-service wedding planning and coordination from choosing your reception site to putting together the ideal team of wedding professionals to fit your needs. Our complete planning covers every detail of your wedding day from start to finish. Your ideas are a vital part of the planning process and we will consult with you on a variety of options in order to make your special day stress-free.
  • Location: We have access to locations to fulfill your wildest dreams. From luxury villas and all-inclusive resorts, to perfect ocean views and majestic waterfalls around the Jamaican landscape of paradise.
  • Floral & Decor: All flowers and other decorative elements necessary to create the perfect ambiance will be available for your selection.
  • Rentals: We will find the best possible options to suit your wedding theme by enhancing your design concept. Whether you require tents, tables, chairs, etc., we will find the best solution for you in order to create a comfortable experience for you and your guests.
  • Music and Entertainment: Classic or Caribbean, we are able to provide a multitude of musical options for all of the events you’ll be hosting while visiting Jamaica.
  • Transportation: Transportation for you and your guests including shuttles, limousines, horse-drawn carriages, etc. can be orchestrated through Island Bride Jamaica. This includes transportation to and from the airport.
  • Cuisine: We will provide assistance in making your culinary visions a reality, from the appropriate beverage service to the all important wedding cake!
  • Photographer & Videographer: We will help you choose the right professionals to capture the special moments of your important day. Every bride has a different concept they would like to convey through their photographs. We will make sure to pair you with a photographer who meets your criteria.
  • Wedding/Reception Coordination: On site wedding/events/reception coordination will be provided by Island Bride Jamaica Coordination. This service is offered from the date of booking through the completion of the wedding. Your wedding coordinator will be in attendance at the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception to oversee the entire event.
  • Vendor Management: We will ensure that your wedding vendors are on point throughout the wedding planning process.
  • Guidance on Etiquette: Wedding etiquette is a constantly changing forum; however, we are available to answer any and all questions about how to approach topics related to your wedding day and your guests.
  • Unlimited Phone and Email Consultations: As part of our promise to you, Island Bride Jamaica will be available to you by phone and email throughout the entire planning process.

DAY OF COORDINATION
You’ve done all the hard work already. You’ve planned your wedding, and now you need someone to ensure all your details go as planned. Island Bride Jamaica can be there on your special day so you and your wedding party can relax and enjoy the wedding day.
A LA CARTE
Sometimes you just need a little help or advice to get you through a particularly stressful glitch or issue. Island Bride Jamaica has created an a la carte menu to help ease your worries. The service fee is $75 per hour.
TRAVEL SERVICES
Our company is able to coordinate all hotel accommodations for you and your guests. We can also help plan that romantic honeymoon you’ve always envisioned.
BEYOND THE WEDDING
Your destination wedding goes far beyond your wedding day for the guests you’ve invited to share your special day with you. Excite your friends and family with tours and local activities, welcome parties, brunches, or a Jamaican barbeque on the beach.
GIFTS FOR YOUR GUESTS
We can assist you in getting the perfect local items to place in your guests’ gift bags . . . from Jamaican rum to local delicacies to cigars.

Island Bride Jamaica will provide all necessary hours of coordination prior to the rehearsal and will responsible for overseeing the services provided by all subcontractors (vendors) for the wedding.
